Lait Latteria Ittiri is a cooperative of Sardinian shepherds, bringing together around 350 member suppliers and 80 employees.
Fresh milk reaches our dairy through a dedicated logistics network of company-owned milk tankers, connecting the pastures directly to our central processing facility.

Pecorino Romano is an Italian cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. With origins dating back over 2,000 years, it is now produced primarily in Sardinia.

Our member farms follow animal husbandry practices designed to ensure the well-being of their flocks, with most sheep grazing freely in open pastures rather than being kept indoors.
The richness and variety of Sardinia’s natural grazing lands enhance the quality of the milk and give every Lait cheese its unique and unmistakable flavour, true to its origin.
