LAIT’s melted cheese creams, made by blending sheep’s cheese and ricotta from 100% Sardinian milk, have a smooth texture and a distinctive taste.
Packaged in convenient 200 g glass jars, they come in three flavors: sweet, spicy, and chili pepper.

Versatile and tasty, they are ideal for crostini, appetizers, sandwiches, and snacks, as well as for enriching soups, stews, sauces, and creative recipes.

Excellent when spread on traditional Sardinian breads such as carasau and spianata.
